This weekend there is a really fun-looking winter event that looks like just the thing to get everyone into the upcoming winter spirit! On Saturday, Nov. 20, a group of young adults from the archdiocese will gather in Bryant Park at The Pond to go ice-skating.
What makes this event look like even more fun is that the Sisters of Life will be there as well! The Sisters of Life is a religious group founded in the archdiocese in 1991 to protect the sanctity of human life. I’ve met quite a few of the sisters, and they are a lively, good group to spend time around. I’m sure the event will be a blast!
The group is gathering at the entrance to the skating rink at 1:30 p.m. and will be there until 3:30 p.m.
