The sun is shining, the weather is getting warmer, and everyone in the workplace seems to be smiling and in a good mood today. In other words, its one of those rare, perfect days that makes it seem like anything is possible.
Sometimes its hard to find joy in the workplace – tensions sometimes rise, stress comes around when there are important deadlines to meet, and, on occasion, workplace politics and rivalries get in the way of getting the job done.
Over the years, I have found that the most productive and fulfilling days of work are those when spirits are high and everyone gets along and works together. It reminds me of the commandment, “Love your neighbor.” Working side-by-side day in and day out with co-workers may at times make it hard to keep the peace, but when we do love our neighbors, our cube-mates, our office companions, it turns a good job into a great one.

Obviously the best way to have more of these days is for people to accept others as they are and remember to treat others as you would like to be treated!
